Pedals in stock are usually dispatched in 3-4 business days after receipt of payment. We offer multiple domestic and international shipping options via USPS. Shipping and handling fees are calculated and added to your total during checkout. If you have any special requirements for shipping, we can provide you a personal quote for your preferred carrier.

Tracking is provided for all orders.

For orders containing pedals not currently in stock we will send you a personal email with an estimated wait time until the out of stock pedal is ready to ship. If an order contains a mixture of in stock and out of stock pedals and the wait time is longer than 3-4 business days for the out of stock pedal we will send an email requesting your permission to ship the items separately.

For direct customers there is no penalty for canceling an order before shipment.

Single pedal orders are shipped in a box inside a mailer box. The pedal box and the mailer box both contain void filler to protect the pedal during shipment. If you require a specific packing method, container or void filler we can accommodate you with some addition to the total shipping and handling fee.

Multiple orders from the same customer to the same location placed within 3-4 business days of each other may be shipped together or shipped separately depending on stock levels and time of day that said orders were placed. For this reason, we cannot provide a shipping and handling refund on multiple concurrent orders. Your recommended best course of action to avoid this additional fee is to cancel both orders before they are shipped and create a new combined order with the combined shipping and handling fee automatically calculated and added to your total during checkout.

For direct customers: if your pedal is malfunctioning due to severe damage sustained during shipment, please send us detailed photos of the damage and confer at the same time with your shipping carrier for a possible remedy. Please provide proof that the shipping carrier was not able to provide a suitable remedy and we will issue you an RMA. You will receive your replacement pedal(s) and a tracking number after we receive your return shipment of the damaged pedal(s).

Terms of delivery for MONO DIVISION pedals sold on alternative storefronts (Reverb, Etsy) may vary. Please send us a direct message on the online storefront where you made your purchase from us if you have any questions regarding the shipping policy for that specific storefront.
